The contract involved the renovation of the family housing quarters whole house renovation. The basic scope of work was replacement of plumbing, electrical, kitchen cabinet, windows, doors, hardware, floors, painting, etc. Their quality control delivered excellent workmanship, with very few deficiencies at the time of the final inspections. They also followed the time schedule and delivered the quarters back in a timely fashion.

It is my opinion and the quality of work they performed with the government that their reference is of outstanding value and knowledge.

M&S Enterprises, Inc. performed work in a resident hall renovation project in a 100 year old building in 2015. They ably accomplished their work and the end result gave new life to an old building.

M&S displayed a high level of professionalism and quality of work throughout the project and all their employees took it upon themselves to make every aspect of the project better. Juan kept me informed of every issue he encountered and was on the job site to personally deal with any problems. It would be difficult to surpass the level of customer service he displayed during the course of the project.

The project had two major changes and was completed on time. The successful completion was due entirely to the management skills and professionalism of Mr. Juan Dominguez.
